What Have I Done?

I have done something wrong

A mistake once made months ago

I thought it was all just a game

How foolish I was

I thought I was forgiven

I thought it was forgotten

To never be thought of again

But now I realize that the damage was made

That things would never revert back to normal

That day never came

Things turned mundane

Now we are growing apart

There is no way to fix it

I am at a loss
